Agreement and eligibility
These are draft terms for a planned business service. Final contracting entity, service description, effective date, age/authority requirements and acceptance process remain to be completed. This mockup creates no subscription or contract.
Accounts and connected stores
Customers would be responsible for authorized account use, accurate information, store ownership or delegated access, and protecting credentials. Workspace roles and store scopes determine access. Customers must have the rights and permissions needed to connect data and approve changes.
Suggestions, approvals and outcomes
Suggestions require review against the actual product and current evidence. Manual approval is the default. Authorized low-risk automation must remain within agreed permissions and budgets; sensitive changes require manual approval. Source changes or expired approvals require re-evaluation.
feedrevive does not promise Merchant approval, reinstatement, advertising results, rankings or revenue. A successful publish request is distinct from downstream acceptance and commercial performance.
Plans, fees and cancellation
Final prices, taxes, allowances and payment-provider terms will be disclosed before purchase. The current preview is provisional. Subscriptions and AI credits are separate; paid tasks show an estimate before approval. See the billing and cancellation draft.
Customer content and intellectual property
Customers retain their rights in supplied content. A final agreement should grant only the processing rights needed to deliver the service and should define ownership and permitted use of generated proposals, exports and reports. feedrevive branding and software rights remain subject to applicable ownership and licence terms.
Service operation and acceptable use
Use would be subject to the acceptable use policy, connector requirements and third-party platform rules. The final agreement must define maintenance, suspension, notice, termination, export and deletion procedures. No uptime or recovery guarantee is offered by this mockup.
Liability, disputes and final review
Warranty wording, liability allocation and caps, indemnities, governing law, dispute venue, mandatory rights and notice procedures remain open for qualified review. No limitation or waiver is invented here. Final terms must be supplied before a paid service can be purchased.

Scope and document priority
The following provisions describe the proposed business-service contract and are not an offer to purchase or binding terms accepted by browsing. A final order must identify the legal supplier, customer, plan, price, currency, tax treatment, duration, incorporated document versions and acceptance date. A person accepting for an organisation must have authority to bind it. Eligibility and business-only sales must be confirmed before signup opens.
Proposed order of precedence: mandatory law and applicable transfer clauses; the executed DPA for personal-data matters; expressly negotiated order terms; these service terms; then billing and acceptable-use policies. Marketing examples do not override an agreed specification. External platforms retain their own terms.
Access, confidentiality and content rights
Proposed rule: use individual authorized accounts, keep recovery and billing contacts accurate, promptly remove departing staff and revoke compromised credentials. Agencies must maintain client authority and keep stores and workspaces correctly separated. Do not share secrets in support messages. Notify suspected unauthorized access promptly.
The proposed service licence is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable except through an agreed assignment, and lasts only for authorized service access. Customers retain their content rights and grant only the rights needed to host, process, transmit and display that content to provide the service under documented instructions. No sale of customer data, unrelated model training or public use of customer names, logos or reports is licensed by this draft. Optional cross-customer learning requires separate informed authorization and a valid data-protection basis.
Each party should protect non-public business information, disclose it only to authorized recipients bound by appropriate duties, and use it for the agreed relationship. Public information, independently developed information and lawfully received information are excluded. Legally compelled disclosure should be limited and notified where legally permitted.
Third parties and output review
Store platforms, advertising systems, payment services and AI providers can change their interfaces, policies and availability. Connection permission does not authorize every possible operation. Review the exact destination, proposed change, current source evidence and spending estimate before approval. Preserve independent copies of business-critical source data.
Generated suggestions may be wrong, incomplete or similar to other outputs. Verify product facts, trademarks, regulated claims, image rights and platform eligibility. No exclusive ownership of an output can be guaranteed merely because it was generated. feedrevive does not act as legal, tax or advertising-policy counsel and cannot guarantee a third party’s decision.
Suspension, termination and export
Proposed enforcement should be proportionate to unauthorized access, unlawful activity, material non-payment or a serious risk to customers or the service. Urgent risk may require immediate scoped restriction; otherwise explain the issue and offer a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Notice should describe the reason and available review route unless disclosure is legally prohibited or would undermine security.
Termination terms must define material breach, a cure opportunity where appropriate, service discontinuation, outstanding undisputed fees, prepaid-fee treatment and a practical export period before deletion. Suspension must not become an arbitrary forfeiture of customer data. Export and deletion should follow the executed DPA, lawful retention exceptions and an agreed backup schedule. No unverified export deadline or recovery guarantee is promised.
Fair allocation of risk
The final agreement must clearly distinguish contractual remedies from mandatory statutory rights. Any liability cap needs an approved amount, measurement period and exceptions; this draft does not silently impose an unlimited customer indemnity or exclude all provider responsibility. Fraud, deliberate misconduct and liabilities that law does not allow to be excluded must remain subject to applicable law. Any third-party-claim indemnity must define its scope, notification, control of defence and settlement safeguards.
No mandatory consumer right, data-subject remedy or regulator’s authority is waived. Governing law, competent courts and any dispute procedure require the verified contracting entity and market assessment. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or shortened legal claim period is introduced here.
Notices and contract changes
Final terms should provide a durable copy, an accessible version history and advance notice of material changes, with any necessary acceptance or termination right. Changes should not retroactively alter accrued charges or an existing dispute. Emergency legal or security changes require a clear explanation as soon as practical. Assignment, force majeure, severability and survival provisions must preserve payment adjustments, data protection and rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
