More clients.
Keep the context.

Product feed work gets harder when every client has a different catalog, store setup and review process. feedrevive is being built to keep the client, the evidence and the next decision together.

One finding.
A better handoff.

Suppose a fictional client has a tote with a vague feed title. The agency confirms the available product facts and proposes the wording. The merchant checks the product and the person with store access makes the source edit.

A fresh import is then reviewed separately. That is a useful handoff even before the planned assignment tools and client portal are available.

  • Agency: explain the finding and the evidence.
  • Authorized client reviewer: check the product facts and proposed wording.
  • Source editor: make the store correction and arrange a recheck.

Example responsibilities to agree with each client; these are not additional application role names.

Less handoff friction.
More useful review.

An agency needs more than a list of warnings. It needs a clear route from the finding to the person who can resolve it.

Keep the client and store in view.

Start a review with the correct workspace, store and product variant. Workspace and store access controls exist in the private preview. Their purpose is to keep access scoped; they are not a substitute for checking the right client context before making a recommendation.

Explain the issue before asking for a change.

Share the missing detail, its source and what remains unknown. A merchant should be able to understand why an agency recommends a title correction without reading an internal implementation log. Keep the product facts separate from the commercial outcome you hope to achieve.

Know who owns the next action.

Today, corrections to a store are made in the source store and reimported for another check. Agree whether the agency or merchant owns that edit. Planned assignments and client-portal workflows are intended to make these handoffs easier; they are not live features in this website.

The agency direction.
With clear boundaries.

The roadmap builds on workspace and store access foundations without pretending the full portfolio experience already ships.

Planned

Portfolio oversight

A planned overview would bring review queues across client workspaces into view. The goal is to help teams find the next client action while keeping client data and permissions separate. The portfolio shown above uses fictional stores.

Planned

Assignments and client review

Planned assignments and a client portal would help teams coordinate review responsibilities. Access should follow workspace and store scope, rather than giving every collaborator visibility into every client.

Planned

Branded reports

Reporting is planned to carry useful findings, source evidence and change history into client conversations. Observed results need to remain separate from estimates. Branded reporting does not imply custom-domain white-label or branded communications.

Planned

Budgets and permissions

Planned AI budgets and authorized publishing should make the cost and authority of a task clear before it runs. A large client portfolio must not give AI or a reviewer broader permissions than the customer intended.

Bring your real
client workflow.

The most useful conversation starts with where your team spends time today.

Tell us about the handoffs.

How many stores do you review? Who approves a product change? Where do client explanations and source edits happen? You do not need to send credentials or customer records to explain that process.

We intend to serve agencies in the US, Europe, Australia and other markets. Public access and regional arrangements are still being finalized. USA storage is the current launch direction; separate EU or Australian residency is not offered in this preview.

Plan around the portfolio, not a promise.

The provisional Agency plan lists 25 connected stores, 200,000 active SKUs and 30,000 monthly AI credits at $999 USD per month. The figures and included capabilities remain subject to validation. There is no checkout or active subscription here.
