Subscription and credits
Plans are based on active variants/SKUs and connected stores. AI credits are separately metered, with a monthly allowance. Preview prices and allowances are provisional pending cost validation. Taxes, payment provider, invoicing and final purchase terms remain to be finalized.
Monthly billing and annual upfront billing are planned. Annual subscription pricing is ten times the monthly price; included credits are issued monthly. This is not a discount on top-up packs.
Read-only trial
The planned 14-day trial begins when first audit results are available. It includes one store, up to 1,000 active SKUs and 25 AI previews, with publishing disabled throughout. No payment card is required and expiry does not trigger charges. A paid subscription requires an explicit purchase.
Product count and capacity
Each active variant/SKU counts once per connected store, including active published out-of-stock SKUs. Draft, archived and deleted items are excluded. Allowances pool across stores; repeating the same SKU in multiple feeds or markets within one store does not increase the count.
The plan includes a seven-day grace period for excess SKU capacity before restrictions, with no automatic overage charge. Store additions above the limit require an upgrade. Final excess-capacity handling must be specified.
Credit use and purchases
Paid AI work shows an estimate before approval. Optional top-ups require explicit purchase; automatic top-ups are not authorized. Unused included credits may roll over up to one month’s allowance and expire at the end of the next billing month, with earliest-expiring credits used first.
Purchased top-up credits have no scheduled expiry. Subscription cancellation retains the balance, but an active subscription is required to use it. Account-deletion claims and refund handling need final terms. Core monitoring continues within plan limits when AI credits run out.
Cancellation and plan changes
Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the already-paid monthly or annual period, with plan access retained until then. Upgrades take effect after approval of the displayed prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at renewal subject to target plan limits. Exact proration and credit adjustment calculations must be finalized.
Refunds, tax and disputes
A commercial refund policy, applicable withdrawal rights, tax handling and invoice-dispute process have not been approved. This draft does not create a “no refunds” rule or limit mandatory rights. These details must be displayed before purchase.

Before any paid order
No payment is taken by this marketing website. Before a future purchase, disclose the verified supplier, billing currency, total price and tax, recurring interval, renewal date, minimum duration, plan limits, credit rules, payment methods and cancellation process. The final confirmation must identify the accepted policy version and make the payment obligation clear. Preview cards are not invoices or an authorization to charge.
Monthly credit issuance under an annual subscription is not monthly subscription billing. Trial and promotional conditions must show eligibility, exact start/end triggers and what happens at expiry. The current proposed trial details are not an active offer; final signup disclosures must resolve any implementation differences before enrolment.
Renewals, price changes and failed payments
Proposed recurring billing requires express authorization at purchase. Material renewal-price changes must be communicated in advance with a practical opportunity to cancel; they must not retroactively alter an already-paid period. Reminders and termination rights required by local law still apply.
Any payment retries, grace period and access restrictions must be disclosed. Notify payment failures using the billing contact and provide a way to resolve them. Do not add undisclosed late fees or charge unapproved overages. A card issuer or bank may impose separate exchange or transaction fees; feedrevive’s own charges must be shown clearly.
Credit accounting and billing errors
The final credit rules must distinguish an estimate, reservation and completed charge, explain when unused reservations are released, and address failed, cancelled or duplicate jobs. A retry must not silently create duplicate billable work. Credit balances represent service usage entitlements, not deposits or an investment; statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
Report an apparent billing error with the invoice or job reference, date and disputed amount; never email full card data. Investigate disputed usage against the approval and execution record. No arbitrary short complaint deadline, automatic forfeiture or prohibition on lawful payment disputes is created by this draft.
Cancellation, refunds and mandatory rights
The future cancellation method must be accessible and provide confirmation of the effective end date and any remaining access. Disconnecting a store or simply stopping use should not be presented as cancelling a subscription. Account deletion, credit treatment and export access need separate clear instructions before cancellation is confirmed.
A final commercial refund policy must explain unused periods, top-ups, provider cancellation, material service failure and duplicate charges. Until approved, this draft does not promise discretionary refunds or impose a blanket refusal. Mandatory remedies always prevail.
If a transaction is legally a consumer purchase, applicable withdrawal information, forms, confirmations and any required online withdrawal function must be provided. Starting a digital service does not automatically remove every withdrawal right. Business positioning alone does not determine a buyer’s legal status. The final sales scope and local requirements must be verified before accepting payment.
