Authorized business use
Connect only stores, accounts and content you own or are authorized to manage. Respect platform requirements, intellectual property, privacy and the rights of others. Keep workspace assignments and delegated permissions accurate.
Prohibited activity
- Misrepresenting products, inventing identifiers or altering images to depict a different product or variant.
- Using the service to conceal policy violations, evade platform enforcement or submit deceptive product information.
- Accessing another client’s data, bypassing approvals, credential sharing or interference with security and budget controls.
- Uploading malicious code, conducting unauthorized scanning, scraping beyond permission or disrupting the service.
- Submitting unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
AI and publishing responsibilities
Review suggestions for factual accuracy and suitability. Do not use AI proposals to make unsupported claims. Approval must apply to the exact change and current source data; automated actions must remain within explicit authorization.
Reporting and enforcement
Report security concerns to security@feedrevive.com and other misuse to support@feedrevive.com. Final terms must define proportionate restrictions, urgent suspension, notice, appeal and data-access procedures.
Additional prohibited uses
Proposed restrictions also cover impersonation, fraud, phishing, illegal discrimination, harassment, exploitation, infringement of privacy or intellectual property, unauthorized collection of personal data, and use contrary to applicable export controls or sanctions. Do not use the service to create fake reviews, counterfeit-product claims, fabricated certifications or unsupported health, safety, environmental or pricing claims.
Do not introduce prompt instructions intended to bypass permissions, extract another customer’s information, reveal secrets, defeat spending limits or execute unauthorized actions. Do not evade plan limits by deceptive accounts, abuse trials or interfere with service availability. Ordinary authorized integration and legally protected activity are not prohibited merely by a broad reference to scraping or reverse engineering.
Data restrictions and delegated access
Do not upload shopper databases, card numbers, authentication secrets, government identifiers, health records, children’s information or other unnecessary sensitive data. Product-feed functionality does not require them. If such data is included accidentally, stop further use and contact support through a safe channel. Agencies must obtain and retain client permissions, respect withdrawal and prevent one client’s data appearing in another client’s workspace or report.
Reports, review and remediation
Report the affected page or account, a factual description and safe evidence. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unrelated personal data. For vulnerability research, avoid accessing other users’ records, disrupting availability, persistence or public disclosure of exploitable details before coordination. This policy does not grant authorization to test systems owned by feedrevive or its suppliers.
Proposed enforcement may include rejecting content, disabling an affected operation, restricting access or terminating serious or repeated misuse under the final terms. Explain restrictions and allow a response or correction where safe and lawful. Mistaken decisions should be reviewable through support. Preserve only necessary evidence and follow the privacy and deletion rules; reporting an issue does not waive statutory rights.
