Current status
No final application subprocessor register has been approved. Vercel is verified as the current marketing-website host, as described below. The project includes development and preview implementations. The table below is an application review list, not confirmation of final supplier contracts or processing locations. Selection or testing is not evidence of an executed production processing relationship.
Current contact delivery
The website contact form uses Vercel to process a submitted enquiry and Resend to deliver its name, reply address, optional website, topic and message to hello@feedrevive.com. No contact content is sent to an AI service. Email and hosting retention, contractual and transfer details still require completion in this register. These providers are active for this website function, not merely candidates.
Suppliers under assessment
| Candidate | Intended role | Verification needed |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Web and API hosting | Legal entity, agreement, logs and processing locations |
| Supabase | Application database, identity and storage | USA project scope, contract, backups and deletion |
| Google Workspace | Business email | Contracting entity, applicable terms and data locations |
| Brevo | Planned newsletter delivery | Integration status, consent process, contract and locations |
| AI and payment suppliers | Task processing and billing | Provider selection, payloads, retention and contracts |
Google Merchant Center, Shopify and WooCommerce connection roles must also be mapped in the final data-flow review; a platform integration is not automatically a subprocessor relationship.
Final register requirements
Before launch, publish verified supplier legal names, service purpose, data categories, locations and transfer mechanisms. Agree the customer notification and objection process in the DPA. No supplier-change notification period has been approved yet.

Request supplier information through privacy@feedrevive.com.
Verified website provider
Vercel is the current public-website host. Vercel’s published DPA identifies Vercel Inc.; the account’s applicable contracting entity, plan coverage, accepted agreement, retention settings and processing locations still require verification. Its role here concerns website delivery and associated technical request/security data, not uploaded store catalogs through this site.
Provider references: Vercel privacy notice and Vercel DPA. These are the provider’s documents, not evidence that a particular contract or transfer arrangement has been completed for feedrevive.
Roles and data minimisation
A website hosting provider, an email service, an independent payment controller and a processor of customer catalog data are not interchangeable roles. The final register must distinguish these relationships and identify what each recipient actually receives. Do not infer that every candidate receives every category of data or that choosing an application region confines all support and network processing to that region.
AI supplier review must cover input/output categories, redaction, retention, model-training settings, access and onward processors. Payment review must separate card processing from the limited billing metadata retained by feedrevive. Credentials and unnecessary personal data should not be included in AI requests or ordinary support logs.
Versioning and customer objections
Register review date: 25 October 2026. The future customer register should retain dated changes, supplier legal names, purpose, data categories, locations, transfer safeguards and effective dates. Supplier changes must follow the executed DPA’s authorization and objection process. This website does not currently provide an automated supplier-change subscription, and no promise of such notifications is made before that process is established.
